We are the Stigall family. Our family has been vacationing in southwestern Colorado for 15 years. Living in southwest Missouri meant going more than once a year was difficult, and finding lodging to suit our wants or needs was sometimes a challenge.

As a builder, we knew we were capable of building a house from the ground up, with all the features we wanted. Over the last two decades skiing (and snowboarding) together as a family, we knew exactly what we didn't want either.
