KITCHEN/DINING
Our kitchen was designed with large groups in mind. A modern, full-size refrigerator holds enough food for the whole crew! A 4-burner gas range with a griddle handles anything you throw at it (but please, keep the food fights home!) A dishwasher keeps up with all the dishes a whole family makes, and the cabinets are stocked full of the dishes you need!

LIVING ROOMS
Spacious, comfortable living spaces are the centerpiece of the home. The upstairs loft has enough space for the entire family to watch a movie or the big game. The downstairs living room is cozy enough for a few adults to have a chat in front of the fire.
BEDROOM #1
The ground-floor master bedroom is a true retreat. The ensuite bathroom has abundant space, and includes a double vanity. The walk-through closet has more than enough room for your outdoor gear. A door opens directly onto the back deck, providing easy access to the mountain air you came for. The queen-size bed is the perfect place for a good night's sleep before another day experiencing the beauty of the San Juan Mountains.
BEDROOM #2
The upstairs bedroom on the east end of the house receives fantastic morning light. This room has a cavernous walk-through closet, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The queen-size bed is the perfect place to complete a long day on the slopes.
BEDROOM #3
Bedroom #3 looks north onto the mountain, while the large window still allows plenty of natural light. The adjoining jack-and-jill bathroom is shared with Bedroom #4, but is spacious enough to not be a concern. The queen-size bed will be a welcome end to a long day exploring the mountains.
BEDROOM #4
This large, west-facing bedroom receives plenty of natural afternoon light. The adjoining bathroom is shared with Bedroom #3. As a jack-and-jill with a double vanity, this bathroom is more than enough for two bedrooms to share. A tall-posed queen-size bed completes the ensemble.
LOCKER/LAUNDRY
This large combination mud, laundry, and locker room is uniquely built for mountain living. Entering from the garage the concrete floor has a floor drain. This is the perfect location for storing skis, hanging waders, or anything else you want to keep out of the house. A half-step up to the laundry room puts you level with the rest of the house. The large, well-lit laundry area is ideal for doing laundry for large groups. The modern oversize laundry appliances make laundry a breeze!
DECKS
This covered deck has 240 square feet of space to grill, eat outside when the weather is pleasant, or just sit in the morning with a cup of coffee. Located on the back of the house and nestled right up against the mountain, the weather should be no problem until the temperatures dip below freezing. The living room and master bedroom both open out to the deck. Stairs on the east end lead out on to the property where there is room for lawn games, or snow angels in the winter.
